Currently (March 2020) the book is out-of-stock at most outlets, including here at my house. It’s in the process of a reprint, although the Coronavirus has caused a pause, both with my book’s availability and with things far more important. Until the reprint schedule resumes — I have no estimate of the timeline, but it’ll probably be a couple of months — here are some options:
